Viva Las Putas del Fuego!

Rollergirls on A&E follows roller derby players (did you know it was one of the first televised sports?) while they battle through bouts and barhopping, bitchiness and brotherly love. Well, sisterly love. Anyway, these girls are tough, mang! This looks like a really dangerous sport, yet they do it in all kinda crazy outfits.

Anyway, this is one of the chicks from Las Putas del Fuego. Her name is Venis Envy. (Yes, they each go by a nom de guerre) She was supposed to be this big unstoppable Ms. Thing on the last show (the only episode I've seen), but she couldn't make it happen for the Putas. They were beaten by Lux and her Rhinestone Cowgirls. It's all very dramatic.

So anyway, there's my current obsession. New episode @ 10 tonight on A&E.

and it's as real as wrasslin. i saw a guy with his head split open this weekend. it was mayhem in the squared circle. random people coming into the ring and kicking chins or throat slammin.
