Spicy weekend.

My forays into hot sauce creation have now reached a point of more comfort and easy capability.

Using locally-grown dried Ristra chiles, I made three bottles of my sauce on Saturday. It's a little hot, but the taste is great.

Goes well with beer.


I also got some dried ancho chiles, which I ground up and made into a coating for one version of the hot wings I made yesterday. Anchos + lime + cilantro = marinade that will knock your sandals off. (It was warm enough for sandals yesterday-- almost 50 degrees!)

Saturday I also went to a party where a gorilla in a suit molested everyone.

He was coming from somewhere else. This was a party where people wore jungle themed stuff. Pierre was just coming from somewhere else and didn't change, but brought a gorilla mask. It sounds better if I give less informations.
