Over the weekend, Becky and I went to the Pueblo Chile & Frijole Festival and had a blast. Let me just invite anyone for next year's festival. It was awesome. The smell of roasting Chiles everywhere, Chile Beer, music and heritage stages, classic cars... It was a lot of fun. I posted pics at my picasa web album (link at right).
The greatest thing to happen at the Chile & Frijole Festival is shown below:
This is a picture of Becky winning the frijole-spitting contest.
She killed it.
Winner by a mile and a half.
Seriously, ask her about it.
There's a big picture in my web album.
Anyway, yesterday I was pretty much working from 5:30 am to 11:00 pm, when I got home. We were setting a house in a resort area. I'm bushed.
So check the links and stay tuned.

That's awesome
was the chili beer any good? or just cold?
wah wah.
Very cool. Looks like it was a ton of fun.
The chile beer was really good. I wouldn't drink it all the time, but it was kind of stout, with a hint of the pepper. It was nice, with all the smell of roasting chile in the air, to have a beer with a hint of chile at the finish.
