handyman awakens from slumber, serves hummus

Finally, progress on my dang kitchen. Click-together flooring is neat, but obviously not hardwood. Still-- satisfactory for a night and a morning's work.

Then I turned my energy on my kitchen, where a variety of Middle-Eastern culinary delights came to life. Home-made hummus beats store-bought, hands-down. At least in my book. Falafel, tabouli, couscous, shish kebabs, and lots of other stuff that I can't spell. It all tasted great and smelled up the house. But whatever-- it was fun.
